Perfect for Spanish dishes

Wish more stores carried the Goya brand of culantro and tomato base. It's my go to when I don't have sofrito on hand.

So much flavor

I love cooking both veggies and meat in this base. It brings so much natural flavor to anything you cook with is. I love to out it in the crock pot with boneless chicken and then ley ot soak up the flavor for a few hours. After i can make tacos, enchiladas, nachos or a hearty dip!

Great Sandwich Topping

It's not as good as fresh cilantro, which I LOVE, but its a good additive for various dishes or sandwich topping.

ADDS FABULOUS FLAVOR DEPTH!!!!

SO good, I have been stirring this into everything!!! Brings to life my cheese and mac, casseroles, lentil tacos, enchiladas, and added this to my rice pilaf before I added the broth. All I can tell you is this will make almost everything taste more exciting and authentic!! ( Also, a little goes a long way!)
